  • Nic Hurman

    Nic has been involved in the music business since a young age. As an instrumentalist, session bassist and song writer/producer, Nic has worked with a host of local and international talent including the likes of dDub, Lewis McCallum, Audio Empire, Godfrey de Grut, Hollie Smith, Darren Mathaissen, Dixon Nacey, Paul Matthews, Dave Rhodes, and a long list of bands, big bands, orchestras as well as a range of festivals and other projects.

    Nic has also worked in the commercial radio industry for over a decade, and has strong relationships with most of the major radio stations in New Zealand. He can help advise on what considerations need to be taken into account to maximise the chances of your music receiving radio airplay and how to go about getting your music play-listed.

    Nic is available as an advisor and sounding board for your project, and can offer invaluable advice and direction on getting your music heard!

  • Kane Bennett

    Head Engineer / Producer

    Kane has an extensive background in both the technical and artistic side of music. Since 2009, Kane was at the helm of a professional recording facility and directly responsible for the production of numerous projects across a wide variety of genres. Some of these albums/songs went on to receive extensive airplay and nominated for national music awards.

    Kane has worked with some big names in the industry over the course of the last 8 years. One of his projects opened for bands such as Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Alice Cooper, Poison, Kiss and more. While on the technical side, he has worked alongside UK producer and Grammy award winning engineer Mike Exeter, Finnish mixing/production legend Mikko Karmila and Finnish mastering enigma Mika Jussila.

    With a great passion for finding the best sound and getting the best performance for whatever project he may be working on, Kane has a thorough understanding of the different processes involved and takes pride with every project he is working on.
